Jagannathan has more than 15 years of experience in domestic and international tax, M&A tax, deal advisory (buy and sell side),corporate restructuring, due diligence and regulatory advisory.
He is Chartered Accountant and also a Commerce Graduate.
He was associated as Director with KPMG Deal Advisory (M&A and PE) practice for over a decade. He has worked across sectors like pharma, financial services, fintech, FMCG, automobile, telecom, infrastructure and real estate.
He has advised large listed and unlisted groups in pre-funding transaction structuring, buy and sell side structuring, due diligence, review of transaction documents cross border merger advisory and transaction implementation.
He has also advised various MNCs in the areas of corporate and international tax, direct tax litigation, compliances, and cross border taxation and regulatory matters under FEMA, SEBI, Companies Act, Stamp Duty, etc. Also, he has engaged with startups in their exercise of internalization / externalization of their group holding structure.
He is a regular speaker at tax events and has also contributed on various tax related topics for journals and print and digital media.

Moksha is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Commerce graduate from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. She began her professional journey with a Big 4 firm, where she worked as a consultant in the Indirect Tax practice. During her tenure, she led GST compliance, handled litigation matters, and advised leading clients in the insurance and financial services sector on their indirect tax matters.
In addition to her indirect tax expertise, Moksha has hands-on experience in accounting, auditing, and direct taxation. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including startups and established businesses across sectors such as e-commerce, manufacturing, healthcare, education, real estate, and IT services.
